Tweetup at Cambridge Common before Do It Solo #1

Sooz is hosting the inaugural night of Do It Solo, a music series featuring Boston rockers who break out from the band for a night and do it solo at the Lizard Lounge. The first Do It Solo features Marc Pinansky (singer from Township), Ian Adams and Nate Leavitt (guitarist from The Blizzard of 78).

It's a Tweetup!

Before the rock and roll, join us for a Tweetup upstairs at Cambridge Common for food and drinks, 7-9pm. Cambridge Common has 30 beers on tap and affordable appetizer and dinner menus. Sooz Media will buy a round of drinks for the first 15 people who RSVP and attend the tweetup.

After the tweetup everyone who wants to stay for the music will wander downstairs to the Lizard Lounge. The cover is $5 if you join The Sooz List -- otherwise it's $8. Directions to the Cambridge Common and Lizard Lounge

Cambridge Common is at 1667 Massachusetts Ave in Cambridge, between Porter Square and Harvard Square. If you're driving, there's complimentary parking behind the restaurant and spots along Mass Ave. If you're taking public transportation, take the Red Line to Harvard Square and walk down Mass Ave towards Porter Square. Or take the Red Line to Porter Square and walk towards Harvard Square. The 77 and 96 buses also make stops on Mass Ave near Cambridge Common. if it's a nice night outside, walk 10 minutes to Cambridge Common from Harvard Square and Porter Square down Mass Ave.
